That is three weeks down... five to go!! So far our time has has been awesome. I do miss a few things from home but we have so much more to see in Ecuador that we definitley don't want to leave yet.
Today was another Sunday in the Park and the weather was beautiful. Parque la Carolina is so much fun on the weekends. There is always something new going on. Emma and Danni of course had to go to ride the horses first. They go in a big circle 3 times very slowly (mainly because the horses are so old) and that is it! They love it! For $3 I guess it is good entertainment. Hayden has been waiting to go back to the park to get a perro caliente muy gigante - huge @#$ hot dog with a bunch of fixings on top!!! He also had fresh coconut water and some other local food - all for $3. He was so happy with his full tummy! After it was gone I realized I should of taken a picture of the big hot dog! He said no problemo - he will get it again next weekend!! No one else ate at the park - we were told to watch out eating from outside vendors and I don't want to chance getting sick. The rest of us ate at the mall - that was $23!! We ordered 2 kids meals and a chicken sandwich but there was enough food for 6 people! We could of all 3 ate off of one happy meal and a diet coke!! Guess what we are having for dinner tomorrow?!?!? :)
One other picture that I added was of my two children playing video games. Danni is just as addicted as Emma is. Thanks a lot Apple iPod and iPad!!
